Points of Notice
The customer is to supply covered buffet tables and trash containers with liners unless other arrangements have been made.
Table bussing must be prearranged with the caterer.
All quoted prices are subject to 6% PA sales tax unless supplied with a tax exempt form.
Final count must be obtained seven days in advance of function.
Prices are held for 30 days.
Any additional hall or kitchen fees levied on caterers will be added to the customer's bill.
We custom make menus, so if you do not see an item on our brochure please ask.
The caterer reserves the right to make substitutions if needed, provided they tell the customer ahead of time.
A deposit of 30% of total must be obtained for parties of 100 and over to secure a specific date.
Payment in full will be expected in the form of cash or check upon completion of job unless other arrangements have been made.
Patron agrees to start function promptly at pre-designated time and agrees to reimburse caterer for any extra labor charges incurred for breach of thereof.
Caterer does not have license to serve alcohol and can have no affiliation whatsoever with the distribution (pouring) of alcoholic beverages; this includes but is not limited to pouring champagne for toast. No Exceptions!
Sit down service and china service available. Server rate is $10.00 per hour per server with a guaranteed 5 hour minimum charge per server.
A gratuity charge of 15% of the meal cost is charged when table bussing or sit down service is requested; this is in addition to labor fees.
Table bussing is not part of base meal prices as caterer needs additional labor to perform this service. Pre-arrangement of this service is strongly suggested.
Labor Fees are not included in food prices for full service events which we need to staff.
Delivery Fee applies but only events on campus, nothing off campus will be delivered.
Any deposited money is NOT refundable if event is cancelled.
Due to insurance liability and local health codes, the caterer is not obligated to leave any leftover food. If the buyer requests that leftovers be left and proper refrigeration is available, the caterer may do so at their discretion, provided the buyer supplies appropriate containers. Once food is released to the buyer, all responsibility for its handling, storage, and consumption transfers to the buyer. The caterer assumes no liability for any food after it has been relinquished.
Consumer advisory: consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
