For larger events, our full café space is available for private rentals on Sundays—giving you exclusive access to the entire shop in a warm, welcoming environment. Whether you’re planning something intimate or a full-scale gathering, we’ll help make it feel effortless.

The Ladybird Room

The Ladybird Room is our cozy, private space designed for gatherings that feel personal and relaxed. Ideal for showers, meetings, and small celebrations, it comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests.

Spacious lounge or event space with wooden floors, brick and gray walls decorated with vintage pictures and plants. There are armchairs, tables, and chairs, with string lights hanging from the ceiling creating a cozy atmosphere.

Available Monday through Thursday from 8am until 30 minutes before closing, and Friday and Saturday from 4pm–8:30 pm, it’s a warm, inviting space that makes hosting feel easy—backed by the quality and care you expect from Vintage Coffeehouse.

The Main Space

Our full café is available for private rental only on Sundays, offering exclusive access to the entire Vintage Coffeehouse. Perfect for larger gatherings, showers, and celebrations, the space comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests.

Guests are welcome to bring in their own catering, and drink packages are available to elevate your event with the quality and care you expect from Vintage.
